① the same as+名詞意為“與……一樣”，表示兩者相似。

He wears the same shoes as his brother does. 他穿的鞋子和他弟弟穿的一樣。

This chair is the same as mine. 這把椅子同我的一樣。

She is about the same age as my mother. 她的年齡大約同我母親年齡相當(dāng)。

He waited for her at the same place as he did last week. 他在上周約會的地方等她。

② the same that+從句意為“正是同一個”，表示兩者是同一個人或物。

He is the same boy that I saw yesterday. 他就是我昨天見到的那個男孩。
