Max: The apartment's three blocks away.

Caroline: Yes, I know. Three blocks and 15 "hola chicas" away.

Max: Well, you can't be late again. I'm already worried about me being late every month.

Caroline: On my way here, a homeless man asked me for money. And I told him that I usually always give, but that my father was indicted in a Ponzi scandal and I've lost my family fortune and my Manhattan townhouse,so I've been sleeping on a couch in Brooklyn.

Max: You took money from a homeless man?

Caroline: I prefer to think of Bob near the bridge as our first investor.

Max: 你不能再遲到了。我夠煩我每個(gè)月遲到的。。。大姨媽了。

Caroline: 在我來(lái)的路上，一位無(wú)家可歸的流浪漢向我討錢(qián)。我跟他說(shuō)，通常我都會(huì)慷慨解囊，但我的父親因?yàn)榉欠〝控?cái)而被起訴了。我們家產(chǎn)沒(méi)了，曼哈頓豪宅也沒(méi)了，還得在布魯克林區(qū)朋友家的沙發(fā)上過(guò)夜，盡管世事無(wú)常，但我還是對(duì)于我倆開(kāi)小蛋糕店持樂(lè)觀態(tài)度，并堅(jiān)信未來(lái)將會(huì)取得成功。瞧，看他給了我啥。
