1. 提取行李(1)

A: Can I help you, sir?

T: I can't find my checked baggage.

我找不到我的托運(yùn)行李了。

A: You checked your baggage very early?

你很早就辦理了托運(yùn)行李嗎?

T: Yes, because this is my first time to take plane, so I'm afraid I will miss the plane if I don't do it very early.

是的,因?yàn)檫@是我第一次坐飛機(jī),所以我擔(dān)心如果我不早點(diǎn)托運(yùn)行李的話就可能會趕不上飛機(jī)的。

A: Don't worry. I am sure it will come in a minute. The baggage checked first would come out later, for the porters put it in the airplane earlier than others at departing airport.

T: Look, the baggage over there is mine. It is coming to us.

A: Can I help you, sir?

T: I can't find my baggage at the baggage claim area, and someone told me that perhaps I could find it in this place. So I come to have a try...

我在行李提取處找不到我的行李了,有人告訴我可能在這兒能找到,所以我過來看一下……

A: OK, take a seat, please, sir. First of all, can you show me your ID and passport, please?

T: It's the flight CA 20 from Beijing, arriving at 10 this morning.

A: I see, the baggage claim area is beside the waiting lounge. Please go there and look for the conveyer for flight CA 20.

我知道了,行李提取處就在候機(jī)廳旁邊,請到那里去然后尋找CA20航班的行李轉(zhuǎn)盤。

T: How can I find the conveyer for flight CA 20?

怎么才能找到我航班的行李轉(zhuǎn)盤呢?

A: The screen will show the number of the conveyer of every flight. So just look for the number of conveyer according to your flight number.

屏幕上會顯示每趟航班的轉(zhuǎn)盤號碼,所以只要根據(jù)您的航班號尋找行李轉(zhuǎn)盤就可以了。

T: Oh, I see. How long shall I wait to collect my luggage?

哦,我知道了。我要等多久才能拿到行李呢?

A: It depends. If there is not much luggage, you could collect yours very soon. But if there is a lot of luggage, I mean all the luggage of the flights just arrive, maybe you need to wait for a while. But relax, you are sure to find your luggage.

這不一定,如果沒有很多行李的話,可能您會很早就拿到,但是如果有很多行李,我是指剛到達(dá)的所有航班的行李,那么您可能要等一會兒。但是,您不用著急,肯定會找到您的行李的。

A: I see. There is a special conveyer for oversized luggage. Please come with me to see if your luggage is there.

A: What colour are your bags? I can look for it for you.

A: Did you go to the luggage claim area?

T: Yes. But I lost my way in the terminal building and when I got to the luggage claim area, the conveyor belt is empty already.

是的,但是因?yàn)槲以诤驒C(jī)大樓里迷路了,所以當(dāng)我到達(dá)行李提取處時(shí),行李傳送帶已經(jīng)空了。

A: I see. We have to keep some luggage in our office if they are not collected by passengers half an hour after the luggage come out.

我知道了,如果行李出來后半個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)沒人領(lǐng)取的話我們就要把它們帶到我們的辦公室。

T: Oh, I see. Then can I get my luggage now?

A: Sure. But could you please go to my office with me now? I have to register and you can take your luggage.
