Thy worship does not impoverish the world.
From the words of the poet men take what meanings please them; yet their last meaning points to thee.

你賜給我們世人的禮物，滿足了我們一切的需要，
可是它們又毫未減少地返回到你那里。
河水有它每天的工作，匆忙地穿過田野和村莊；
但它的不絕的水流，又曲折地回來洗你的雙腳。
花朵以芬芳熏香了空氣；
但它最終的任務(wù)，是把自己獻上給你。
對你供獻不會使世界窮困。
人們從詩人的字句里，選取自己心愛的意義；
但是詩句的最終意義是指向著你。
