抗霧霾神器 巨型戶外“真空吸塵器”荷蘭亮相

10月25日在荷蘭阿姆斯特丹舉辦的2016年海上能源展覽會(huì)上，荷蘭一家集團(tuán)展出了一套空氣凈化系統(tǒng)。據(jù)報(bào)道，這種工業(yè)過濾器可以百分百凈化有毒微粒。

Dutch inventors have unveiled what they called the world’s first giant outside air vacuum cleaner – a large purifying system intended to filter out toxic tiny particles from the atmosphere surrounding the machine.

荷蘭發(fā)明者公布了他們所謂的世界上第一臺(tái)戶外巨型真空吸塵器—一臺(tái)旨在過濾周遭空氣中有毒微粒的巨型空氣過濾器。

"It's a large industrial filter about eight metres long, made of steel ... placed basically on top of buildings and it works like a big vacuum cleaner", said Henk Boersen, a spokesman for the Envinity Group which unveiled the system in Amsterdam.

“這是一臺(tái)大型鐵質(zhì)工業(yè)過濾器，約八米長，一般來說放在建筑頂部，工作原理就和真空吸塵器一樣。”在阿姆斯特丹公布此過濾系統(tǒng)的安飛尼迪集團(tuán)發(fā)言人亨克•波爾森說。

The system is said to be able to suck in air from a 300-metre radius and from up to seven kilometres upwards.

該系統(tǒng)據(jù)說能過濾半徑300米范圍內(nèi)，上至七公里高度范圍內(nèi)的空氣。

It could treat some 800,000 cubic metres of air an hour, filtering out 100% of fine particles and 95% percent of ultra-fine particles, the company said, referring to tests carried out by the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN) on its prototype.

A large column of air will pass through the filter and come out clear, Boersen told AFP on Tuesday, speaking on the sidelines of a major two-day offshore energy conference in Amsterdam.

Fine particles are caused by emissions from burning wood and other fuels as well as industrial combustion, and have adverse effects on health, according to the European Environment Agency.

About 90% of EU residents are exposed to levels of such particles which can be carcinogenic above those recommended by the World Health Organisation.

大約90%的歐盟居民會(huì)吸入這些致癌顆粒物，其危害等級(jí)超過了世界衛(wèi)生組織的推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

As for ultra-fine particles, they are released by emissions from vehicles as well as aeroplanes, according to Envinity, and can damage the nervous system, including brain cells, and also cause infections.

而據(jù)安飛迪尼稱，超細(xì)顆粒來自于汽車、飛機(jī)的尾氣，并且會(huì)“損害包括腦細(xì)胞在內(nèi)的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，引起感染”。

Governments, businesses and airports were already interested in the project, Boersen said.

Another air-purifying system called the Smog Free Tower was installed in Beijing in September and launched by the Dutch artist Daan Roosegaarde.

另一個(gè)叫做霧霾凈化塔的空氣過濾系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)于9月份在北京落成，并由其荷蘭設(shè)計(jì)師達(dá)安•羅斯嘉德發(fā)布。

Using patented ozone-free ion technology, it is said to clean up to 30,000 cubic metres of air an hour as it blows past the tower, collecting more than 75% of the harmful particles, according to Studio Roosegaarde.

羅斯嘉德工作室表示，霧霾凈化塔使用獨(dú)家無臭氧離子技術(shù)，每小時(shí)能夠凈化3萬立方米的塔周空氣，過濾掉超過75%的有害顆粒。
