1月起基本養(yǎng)老保險實施全國統(tǒng)籌

China has started nationwide pooling of basic pension funds since Jan 1, Vice Minister of Finance Yu Weiping said at a press conference.

財政部副部長余蔚平2月22日在新聞發(fā)布會上表示，企業(yè)職工基本養(yǎng)老保險全國統(tǒng)籌1月已啟動實施。

The move will allow pension funds to be transferred from regions with a surplus to regions with a deficit, Yu said on Tuesday, adding the ministry is drawing up related documents and will strengthen guidance to localities.
制度實施后，將在全國范圍內(nèi)對地區(qū)間養(yǎng)老保險基金當(dāng)期余缺進(jìn)行調(diào)劑。他還補充道，財政部正在抓緊研究制定養(yǎng)老保險全國統(tǒng)籌相關(guān)配套文件，加強對地方實施工作的跟蹤指導(dǎo)。

Qi Tao, an official from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, said the move will make sure that retirees in less-developed regions will get their pensions sufficiently and in a timely manner.
人力資源和社會保障部養(yǎng)老保險司副司長亓濤說，全國統(tǒng)籌制度實施后，困難地區(qū)的養(yǎng)老金發(fā)放更有保障。
