烏克蘭進入全國緊急狀態(tài)

The Ukrainian Parliament on Wednesday supported a bill to introduce a state of emergency in the country starting Feb 24 amid ongoing tensions with Russia. The legislation, introducing the state of emergency in all Ukrainian regions except for the conflict-hit Lugansk and Donetsk regions, for 30 days, was supported by 335 lawmakers in the 450-seat parliament.

當?shù)貢r間2月23日，鑒于與俄羅斯持續(xù)緊張的關系，烏克蘭議會以335票贊成的投票結果，批準從當?shù)貢r間24號零時開始，在全國（除頓涅茨克和盧甘斯克地區(qū)外）實施為期30天的緊急狀態(tài)。烏克蘭議會共有450個議席。

Russia closed its airspace to civilian aircraft on Thursday on its western borders with Ukraine and Belarus, the Russian aviation authorities announced, shortly after President Vladimir Putin authorized a "special military operation" in the Donbass region.
