Social practice plays an important part in students' lives．The benefits and significance of social practice are evident．

Knowledge that a student gains in school can influence his social behavior，and social practice can promote one's study in turn．With his horizon broadened in social practice，a student can acquire knowledge more easily and thoroughly and he can get an idea of the practical value of the knowledge，especially when he applies what he has learned to social practice．What's more，knowledge is originally meant to benefit society．Without social practice，what a student has learned just serves as a gun without bullets．

For another，a person forms his outlook of world，value and life in his teens when he is a student．Society and life are more complicated than campus．Social practice will enable a student to be exposed more to real life in society，thus helping him to get mature and form a correct opinion of what is happening and has happened in the world．Without enough social practice，one may take it for granted that the world and life are as ideal as what he reads in books，which is certainly not beneficial to him．When he steps out of the school，he will probably be at a loss in face of the real society．

In a word，social practice is important to students in their study，the formation of their world outlook and the development of their personalities，therefore students should take an active part in social practice as much as possible．
