　　1、 主語重復

　　常見形式：

　　(1)、名詞+插入語/句+代詞+謂語……{刪除代詞}

　　例句：2T1：But salespeople, typically the most……, they have traditionally been reward…..

　　2T2: The exception, however, it may be a little-known……

　　(2)、代詞+ 名詞+謂語…….{刪除名詞}

　　例句：3T1: This supply allows trainees to…….

　　2、 過去分詞作后置定語，引導詞多余 {刪除引導詞}

　　常見形式：

　　(1)、2T1:Team-based pay is more in line with the organization’s objectives than pay which based on individual achievement.

　　(2)、2T4：Data Facts Limited is an expanding management services company whose based in the north of England.

　　It will be necessary for those who appointed to work a certain number of evenings and weekends.

　　3、 介詞亂用 {刪除介詞}

　　常見形式：

　　1、導致句意不符,文意不通

　　(1)、2T1:The biggest problem is for defining the team in the first place.

　　(2)、2T2:The individual learning account scheme is by the latest government scheme……

　　(3)、3T2：Regus centers can be found out in prominent

　　(4)、3T2：In addition to being fully furnished and equipped up

　　2、導致主語缺少，句子結(jié)構(gòu)混亂

　　(1)、3T2：In each center contains a range of facilities, including serviced offices, meeting rooms, reception areas……

　　3、介詞加于及物動詞之后

　　update on your internet skills; involve in sth; resemble to sth; crash down sth; offer for; tip over; dominate on the…

　　4、不定式當目的狀語，不用how引導 {刪除how}

　　常見形式：

　　(1)、2T3: We focus on our strategy how to achieve market leadership.

　　(2)、3T4:The purpose of the campaign is how to reinforce our position …….

　　5 、詞義重復 {刪除多余單詞}

　　常見形式：

　　Whole life-long learning; new change; sure success; three years time…….

　　6、固定搭配 {刪除多余單詞}

　　常見形式：

　　in the cake decorating=in doing sth

　　provide with both leadership and …….provide sth to sb=provide sb with sth

　　go on through a questionnaire(go on 繼續(xù)做 go through 執(zhí)行)

　　doing the business 經(jīng)商

　　take up a look at 看一看

　　have done an affiliation with 與….有聯(lián)系，與….有從屬關(guān)系

　　take into your account 考慮到

　　still further on進一步

　　7、動詞重復/多余

　　8、雙謂語 {刪除多余謂語}
