“作弊入刑”后還須嚴格執(zhí)法

12月26日，“史上最嚴”考研拉開大幕。

According to the ninth amendment to the Criminal Law that took effect on Nov 1, cheating in national examinations, such as the national college entrance examination and national postgraduate entrance examination, is criminal behavior, which can result in a sentence of up to seven years imprisonment if it is a serious violation.

根據11月1日開始施行的《刑法修正案(9)》，在國家級考試如高考和全國研究生入學考試中作弊是犯罪行為，情節(jié)嚴重的最高可處七年有期徒刑。

“作弊入刑”(make cheating in national exams a crime)后，今年被稱為“最嚴”考試年?！缎谭ㄐ拚?九)》明確組織作弊(organize cheating)、提供作弊器材(provide equipment or help for cheating)、非法出售或提供試題答案(illegally sell exam questions and answers)、代考替考(take tests for somebody else)等4類行為最高可判處七年有期徒刑(a sentence of up to seven years imprisonment)。

今年的研究生考試是修正案施行以來的首個國家級考試，也被稱為“史上最嚴考研”(the strictest postgraduate entrance examination ever)。但是，28日就有媒體曝光出考研泄題事件。

目前教育部已向公安機關報案，等待進一步調查。教育部表示，考試作弊是犯罪行為，它嚴重擾亂了考試秩序(seriously disrupts exam order)，破壞了教育的公平性(undermines the fairness of education)，將積極配合警方調查。
