網(wǎng)絡游戲道德委員會成立 并對網(wǎng)游產(chǎn)品進行評議

The online game moral committee consists of experts and scholars from relevant administrative authorities, colleges, research institutions, media and industrial associations that are familiar with online games and adolescent issues.

網(wǎng)絡游戲道德委員會由來自有關部門和單位以及高校、專業(yè)機構、新聞媒體、行業(yè)協(xié)會等研究網(wǎng)絡游戲和青少年問題的專家、學者組成。

網(wǎng)絡游戲道德委員會(online game moral committee)負責對可能或者已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生道德爭議(moral controversy)和社會輿論(public outcry)的網(wǎng)絡游戲作品及相關服務開展道德評議(moral review)，為網(wǎng)絡游戲管理部門提供決策參考，引導網(wǎng)絡游戲企業(yè)自覺遵守社會公德和職業(yè)道德、履行社會責任(the online game enterprises fully shoulder their social responsibilities)，始終堅持把社會效益和保護未成年人身心健康放在首位(give top priority to the social effects of their products and safeguard the physical and psychological health of youngsters)，促進依法管理與以德治理相結合，推動網(wǎng)絡游戲行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。

經(jīng)對評議結果進行認真研究，網(wǎng)絡游戲主管部門對11款游戲責成相關出版運營單位認真修改，消除道德風險(remove moral risks);對9款游戲作出不予批準的決定。

2017年底，多部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關于嚴格規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡游戲市場管理的意見》，對網(wǎng)絡游戲違法違規(guī)行為和不良內容進行集中整治。

2018年8月底，教育部等八部委聯(lián)合發(fā)布《綜合防控兒童青少年近視實施方案》。其中國家新聞出版署提出要實施網(wǎng)絡游戲總量調控(curb the number of new online games available to children)，采取措施限制未成年人使用時間(take new measures to limit their time on games)。

2018年9月，騰訊宣布，對《王者榮耀》啟動最嚴格的實名策略(real-name registration)，接入公安權威數(shù)據(jù)平臺進行校驗，并將未成年人賬號納入防沉迷系統(tǒng)(anti-addiction system)中。
