　　1. 解詞釋義

　　Be in top的意思是“很健康，競(jìng)技狀態(tài)極好”，而top form的本義就是“競(jìng)技狀態(tài)好”的意思。在對(duì)話中就是“精神狀態(tài)好”的意思。

　　2. 拓展例句

　　e.g. If I'm in top form, I should get rid of 95 percent of the dose in 45 minutes.

　　如果我的情況良好，我就應(yīng)當(dāng)在45分鐘內(nèi)把95%的注射液清除掉。

　　e.g. Mr. Wallace, you seem in top form today.

　　Wallace先生，你今天看起來(lái)很有精神。

　　Ps 1：understand about something的意思是“明白......的意思，熟悉......的意思，了解.......的意思”的意思。例如：

　　OK, sure. And I understand about Mr. Chen's absence. It's no problem. 好的，可以。我理解陳先生為什么不能來(lái)，沒(méi)問(wèn)題。

　　I understand about the two guards, I don't want to cause you trouble. 派這兩個(gè)保鏢，這是想得通的，我不愿意給你造成麻煩。

　　Ps 2：ask sb for an explanation的意思是向某人求得答案，向某人求得解釋。例如：

　　He decided to write her care of the West Side Post-office and ask her for an explanation, aswell as to have her meet him.

　　他決定要給她寫(xiě)封信，通過(guò)西區(qū)郵局轉(zhuǎn)交。 他要請(qǐng)求她給個(gè)解釋，還要請(qǐng)她來(lái)和他見(jiàn)面。
