[01:46.02]No one knows for sure,and making predictions is a risky business.

[01:51.47]But one thing is certain--

[01:54.09]they are going to get bigger before they get smaller.

[02:44.72]asked his students to think how they would run a city of 50,000 people

[02:49.74]in the year 2025.
