117. Fast Food 快餐
McDonald's and Kentucky are now the most famous fast foods from abroad in China. At a fast food restaurant, people order their food, wait a few minutes, and take it to their tables themselves. People also take their food out of the restaurant and eat it in their cars or in their homes.
麥當(dāng)勞和肯德基目前是中國(guó)從國(guó)外引進(jìn)的最著名的快餐店。在快餐店,人們點(diǎn)菜、等幾分鐘、然后自己把食物端到桌子上。人們還可以把食物帶到自己的車子里吃,或者帶回家。
People can find many kinds of delicious food in a fast food restaurant, such as hamburgers, chicken, seafood and ice-cream.
在快餐店里人們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)許多種美味食品,漢堡包、炸雞、海鮮和冰激凌。
Why do people like fast food so much? First, people can wear any type of dress when they go to a fast food place. Second, people are busy and they do not want to spend time preparing their own food or waiting in restaurants while someone else prepares foods for them.
人們?yōu)槭裁慈绱讼矚g快餐?第一,人們可以隨意著裝出入快餐店。第二,人們工作繁忙,自己不愿意花費(fèi)時(shí)間做飯,也不愿意在餐館里等候廚師為他們準(zhǔn)備。
A third, and important thing may be its price. Generally speaking, fast food is not so expensive for most people.
第三,重要的或許是快餐的價(jià)格,總的來(lái)講,快餐的價(jià)格是大多數(shù)人可以接受的。
